Nothing says breakfast quite like beer … BREAKFAST beers, that is! Kick off the New Year with us on Saturday, Jan. 1, with the release of FOUR breakfast-inspired beers!

Beer releases:

  • Two Oceans - Breakfast Cobbler golden sour (tap and crowlers)

  • Bakery - Raspberry Danish fruited sour (tap and cans)

  • Champagne Breakfast - White Grape sour ale (tap and cans)

  • Restless Soul - French Toast imperial porter (tap and crowlers)

Two Oceans - Breakfast Cobbler | Golden Sour | 6% The rich, malty character of our golden sour makes it perfect to pair with a variety of fruits and spices. This version features pears, cranberries, almonds, maple syrup, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bakery - Raspberry Danish | Fruited Sour | 5% We teamed up with our friends and neighbors at McLain’s for our pastry sour series. This version features their raspberry danish, vanilla, cinnamon. and raspberry purée.

Champagne Breakfast - White Grape | Sour Ale | 7% Inspired by champagne, this sour ale is brewed with pilsner and flaked rice, then soured with Lactobacillus. Yeast nutrient is used to drop the sugar content of this beer as low as possible, giving it a crisp, dry finish. It’s then conditioned on white grape purée.

Restless Soul - French Toast | Imperial Porter | 8% Our imperial porter is boiled extra long to give it a thick, almost syrupy consistency that pairs excellent with adjuncts. This version has maple syrup, graham crackers, lactose and cinnamon.
