It’s time!! We’ll open our expansion — The Mosaic Room — on Saturday, April 15! We have tons of fun planned for the day, including a food truck, cookie pop-up shop, barrel-aged sour release and some fun guest beers and ciders! In addition to the guest taps, we’ll have 15+ of our beers on tap! We hope you’ll come celebrate with us!
Our expansion west to 10923 Johnson Drive doubles our taproom size!
Some highlights include:
Second bar with 12 taps to use for our beers as well as guest beers, ciders and wines
Private event space available for rental
Additional walk-in cooler to expand our keg distribution
Two garage doors to create open-air seating in nice weather
Additional brewhouse storage to grow our barrel program
Dedicated kids area with games and activities
Additional restroom
Extension of our current bar to allow more workspace for bartenders and additional bar seating
