Beer releases:

  • Empty Canvas - Jalapeño cream ale

  • Distant Light - Pineapple Orange Chipotle gose

  • Two Oceans - Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll golden sour

  • Restless Soul - Cinnamon Roll imperial porter

Empty Canvas - Jalapeño cream ale

Our golden-colored cream ale uses rice instead of corn to create a light-bodied beer that is the perfect canvas for a variety of adjuncts. This version lactose, vanilla and jalapeños.

Distant Light - Pineapple Orange Chipotle gose

We use pink Himalayan sea salt in our smoothie-style gose, which is packed full of so much fruit purée we had to use the word smoothie to describe it. This one features pineapple, blood orange and chipotle peppers.

Two Oceans - Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll golden sour

The rich, malty character of our golden sour makes it perfect to pair with a variety of fruits and spices. This version features cinnamon, cream cheese powder, brown sugar and vanilla.

Restless Soul - Cinnamon Roll imperial porter

Our imperial porter is boiled extra long to give it a thick, almost syrupy consistency that pairs excellent with adjuncts. This version has brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon rolls from McLain's.
